Dr. Zain Memon
Dr. Zain Memon is a highly skilled internist and primary care doctor who obtained his doctoral degree in medicine from the New York Institute of Technology, New York College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his residency in internal medicine at Northwell Lenox Hill Hospital. Currently, Dr. Memon practices at Century Medical Services in Forest Hills, NY.
Certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine, Dr. Memon is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and the American College of Physicians. Fluent in English, Spanish, Hindi, and Urdu, he is well-equipped to serve patients from diverse cultural backgrounds. Patients seek Dr. Memon’s expertise for hypertension, diabetes, cholesterol management, age-related vaccinations, and preventative cancer screening. Additionally, he is certified in administering injectables, including Botox and Dermal Fillers.
Born and raised in Queens, Dr. Memon believes the community provides invaluable exposure to pathology and education. Apart from his medical practice, he enjoys spending time with his family, exploring culinary arts, and traveling the world.

Vishal Ochani, PA-C
Vishal Ochani is a well-trained physician assistant (PA-C) who graduated from the University of St. Francis with a masters in physician assistant studies. He completed his clinical training in Southwestern Texas and New Mexico and now practices at Century Medical Services (in Forest Hills, NY).
Now certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA), Mr. Ochani is licensed to practice in multiple states (New York and New Jersey). With a broad rage of exposures, Mr. Ochani is well equipped to treat and manage a wide variety of complex pathologies, diseases, and injuries. He is trained to see patients of all types, ranging from urgent care visits to long term primary care services.
A native New Yorker who was born in Queens and raised in Long Island (Nassau County), Mr. Ochani is a strong believer in taking care of his communities, helping people improve their quality of life, and educating his patients so that they can live their lives to the fullest. Outside the workplace, he enjoys travelling, playing sports, and enjoying time with his friends and family.
